Confirm appointment with expert’s office
Send out confirmation letter to all parties
Organize and handle all records
Contact claimant’s attorney day preceding IME to remind their client and assure claimant’s attendance
Contact expert’s office to verify attendance and notify client
Follow up with expert’s office to ensure a timely report
