Following a 10 year career in sales and sales management at Dictaphone Corporation, Casey founded Rx Transcriptions in 1993 which provided medical transcription services for clinical practices. Rx Transcriptions was acquired in 2015.
In 1998, Casey O'Rourke also founded RX Professional Services, targeting medical experts from academic institutions to differentiate from contemporary services.
While continuing to provide medical experts, Versed has expanded their offerings to include any litigation expert need, including running a search for any need we are unable to fulfill readily from our database.

After twelve years in working in Operations & Corporate Strategy for various technology businesses, Sean joined Versed in November of 2022 to serve as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
As Chief Operating Officer, Sean is responsible for overseeing operations, processes, and growth planning for the firm. Sean and the leadership team ensure that Versed can maintain its growth and thrive financially and operationally while delivering on Versed’s mission.
Outside of work, Sean and his wife Vanessa have two children, Hunter and Harper. Sean and his family enjoy traveling, seeing live music, golfing, and taking ski trips.

After 10 years in Financial Services on Wall Street, Pat joined Versed in April 2019 to spearhead the company's Sales and Marketing channels.
Pat oversees all relationship management and new business development endeavors within the firm. He communicates daily with our client base to understand their ongoing needs, and works closely with our staff to ensure that we are delivering on our mission of total customer satisfaction. In recognizing our clients’ needs, we forge ahead steadfast and confident in our value proposition!
Outside of work, Pat is married to his wife, Elena. They have two daughters, Trinity and Faye, along with 2 sons, Patrick, Jr. and their most recent addition, Christian. He enjoys playing with his kids, remaining in Elena’s good graces, and convincing daycare that “Trinity and Faye never act that way at home!”
